Happy Korean Mail Day

Happy Korean Mail Day at my house today.......

What I received.....

Talk To Me In Korean Grammar Text Level 1
Talk To Me In Korean Workbook Level 1

Technically I am up to lesson 25, yes I'll be at the end of book already, but that is because I did all the FREE lessons ONLINE while I waited for the books to arrive.  I also tested into Level 2 already, yes, so there's that as well.

So, at any rate, I'll go back now to revise and use the WORKBOOK!

Super excited.

I'll be ordering Levels 2 and 3 asap.

Another Learning Korean Resource

Here's one of my favourite learning Korean resources that I use regularly:

Talk to Me in Korean }

What it looks like when I arrive there on my computer....

Highly recommended.  They keep a lot of FREE on their website and youtube channel, so check them out!

Talk to Me in Korean Youtube }

Once you become a free member on their website you can put a few courses into your "Learning Center".  There's no time limit and they'll always be there.  They have a bunch of free courses, but if you want a little more, there are paid courses too.  One of the things that I really like is that they not only give you an audio walk through for each grammar lesson, but they also provide a pdf print out too.

Additionally, of course, there is also a store for hard bought goods {books}.

I have some books on my wish list.......

So I might be broke for a while.......

Noah Doing Maths

4y27d

Lessons 15 and 16..........

where I introduce the usage of the abacus AND touch points together in the same lesson for each question.  As we go further along we'll see the use of the touch points increase his speed for computation greatly remarkably.  So, this is a definite must.  Additionally, the abacus is for concrete and visual representation of the question.

A Learning Korean Resource

Here's one of the places I've been learning Korean from.....

How to Study Korean }

When I arrive at their main page.....

As you can see, they run 6 units... each having 25 lessons - except unit 6 which is a little shorter.  That is a LOT of vocabulary and grammar!  They also include a Unit 0 so that you can learn the Hangul alphabet.

They have a bunch of FREE on there too, to get you started.  If you go the long way around, in bits and pieces, you can get it all for free, I think?  I'm still in Unit 1.... but I shall find out as I go along, ha ha ha ha.

But if you like paper in your hand when studying.......... you can purchase the units in pdf form, rather cheaply, and workbooks for practice too.  Simply print them up and you are all good to go.

One of the things that I really like about How to Study Korean are their additional resources like the youtube flash card video's - audio and printed words for vocabulary practice and their memrise course for practice too.  They actually have a ton of free....

And if you are on Memrise....} look for them there as well.....

Yes, so if you are looking to learn Korean, do check them out!
