Sunday Show and Tell

For Show and Tell today I have a vegetable medley as a main meal.
Yep, but don't worry, I'm not about to become a vegetarian just because I can cook a couple of vegetarian dishes.  These are just good and healthy alternatives for the nights that you need a rest from meat.  :o)

{ Sweet Soy and Garlic Vegetables }


Red / Green Capsicums

1 Jar of Sweet Soy and Garlic sauce by Kan Tong.


Wash all your vegetables.

Cut up all your vegetables { except the capsicums } and put them on the stove to start boiling.  You don't want them to be there too long - maybe only 15 mins from start to finish.  Just enough to get them a bit softer without losing all their crunch.

While they are cooking, cut up the capsicums.

When the hard vegetables are starting to soften drain all the excess water and return to the stove and add your sauce and capsicums.

Stir well.  Warm for a few more minutes.

Then serve.  

Yep, that's it.
