A Paleo Meal

Here's a meal that we had this week.

Very quick and easy to prepare.

{ Ingredients }

  • Capsicums - red and green { bell peppers )
  • Mushrooms
  • Bacon
  • Soy Sauce 

{ Directions }

Cut capsicums and mushrooms and put aside.  Cut bacon and then cook the bacon in a fry pan.  Once the bacon is done add the mushrooms.  Then add the capsicums when the mushrooms are starting to wilt.  Add a small amount of soy sauce for additional flavour.  Don't over cook your capsicums, they still need a little crunch in there.  

That's it.

Serve and be happy.
